Upcoming Events at Bridges to Mental Health

Mindfulness Workshop

Join us for a guided meditation and discussion on the benefits of mindfulness. This event is hosted by our certified wellness instructor, Jane Doe, at our 77 triangle drive location on July 15th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

Support Group Meetup

Our monthly support group for individuals and families affected by mental health challenges will be meeting on August 10th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. This peer-led discussion provides a safe and confidential space to share experiences and connect with others.

Mental Health Awareness Fair

Join us on September 18th from 10:00am to 3:00pm for our annual mental health awareness fair. Featuring informational booths, interactive workshops, and resources from local mental health providers and organizations.

Yoga for Stress Relief

Unwind and recharge with our gentle yoga class designed to help manage stress and anxiety. This event will be held on October 22nd from 12:00pm to 1:30pm at our 77 triangle drive location.
